For notarial services, a valid, government-issued photo identification is typically required. Specific identification requirements may vary depending on the document type and notarization method. You are responsible for ensuring you have the proper identification and documents ready at the time of your appointment.

Notary Is Not an Attorney

ONC Premier Signings is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, select documents for customers, or explain the legal consequences of documents. If you require legal guidance, please consult a licensed attorney.

Signer and Document Eligibility

Document and signer eligibility must be confirmed before any appointment. ONC Premier Signings does not guarantee that every document can be notarized. The notary reserves the right to decline to notarize any document or perform any service that does not meet legal or eligibility requirements.

Remote Online Notarization Eligibility and Technology Requirements

Remote online notarization (RON) is available only for eligible documents and signers. RON requires a compatible device, reliable internet connection, camera, microphone, and successful completion of identity verification. Document and signer eligibility must be confirmed before the appointment. Not all documents may be eligible for remote online notarization.

Travel Fees and Service-Area Limitations

Mobile notary and mobile ceremony services are available within our service area, which includes Tallahassee, North Florida, and Florida’s Forgotten Coast. Travel fees, service availability, and location restrictions may apply depending on the location. Additional locations may be available by request and are subject to availability. Please confirm availability and any applicable travel fees for your specific location when requesting an appointment.

Loan-Signing Service Limitations

Loan signing services are available for title companies, lenders, escrow professionals, signing services, real estate professionals, and individual borrowers where appropriate. Loan signing appointments are subject to availability, location, and scheduling. The notary facilitates document presentation and signing but does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice related to loan transactions.

Wedding and Ceremony Consultation Requests

Wedding officiating, elopement, and mobile ceremony consultation requests are subject to availability. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee availability or reserve a ceremony date. All ceremony requests are reviewed and confirmed through direct communication.

Ceremony Dates Are Not Reserved Until Confirmed

Ceremony dates are not reserved until confirmed by ONC Premier Signings. Submitting a request or consultation form does not constitute a reservation. No ceremony date is guaranteed until you receive written or verbal confirmation and any applicable agreements or deposits are addressed.

Future Venue Information Is Preliminary

Any information provided on this website regarding a future venue in the St. George Island area is preliminary and subject to change. The St. George Island-area venue is not yet open, and no property or opening date has been finalized. No address, capacity, pricing, or booking availability is currently available. Joining the venue interest list does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of future services.

Pricing, Deposits, Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Pricing, deposits, cancellation policies, rescheduling terms, and refund policies may vary by service and may be governed by separate service agreements communicated during the scheduling process. Specific terms will be provided when your appointment or service is confirmed.
